• How can I Search a Product?

To search your desired products, click on the ‘SEARCH’ link at the top of the page. On clicking this link, a small search component will appear which will accept your Keyword(s). You need to enter minimum 4 characters to search your choice of products and then click on ‘Submit’ button. This action will fetch your search results based on your Keyword(s). All the products that meet these specifications will be displayed to you in search result page.

 

  • How can I Contact you?

Our website provides various means of instant communication to our customers. You can click ‘CONTACT US’ link available at the top of our website and Contact Us page will appear. The right side of the Contact Us page provides a simple form to you for sending us your comments & feedback. Simply enter your First Name, Last Name, Email Address and Subject along with your Message and click the ‘Submit’ button. Your Message will be emailed to us and you will also receive a confirmation email for the same. You will receive a reply within 1-2 business days. The Contact Us page also displays our address ,instagram , WhatsApp and our Phone Numbers for further communication. You can also click on the WhatsApp icon display at the bottom of your screen to chat with us.

 

  • How can I create my Personal Account on your Website?

Creating an account on our website is a simple procedure and essentially requires your Email Address as it will be considered as your User Name. You can Create New Account by clicking ‘Sign In’ link available at the top of our website and Sign In page will appear. On this page, you need to click ‘Create New Account’ button to get Registration Form. You need to enter all the required information in respective fields and click ‘Create New Account’ button to submit your account information. On successful creation of your account, a confirmation page will appear as well as you will get a confirmation email. After creation of your account, you will be able to access this account by entering your Email Address and Password information at Sign In page.

While browsing the products on our website, you may come across many products that you would like to purchase from us sometimes in future. Our website offers you the facility to store all these favorite products in your own Wish List for future reference. To create your own Wish List, you need to have an online account on our website. You have to sign in into your account to add products in your Wish List. After that, on browsing you can just click ‘Add to Wish List ‘ link on the Product Display or Product Detail pages to add your favorite products to your Wish List.

 

  • How long does delivery take? 

Delivery takes 1-2 working days for locations within Lagos . Delivery takes 3-7 working days for out of Lagos deliveries.

 

  • How do I take care of my jewelry?

With reasonable care, your jewellery can be a lasting treasure.

  1. For routine care, it’s best to wash your jewellery with a jewellery cleaner once a month. Note that different jewellery cleaner are used for different purposes (e.g. the jewellery cleaner for diamonds and precious stones cannot be used to wash pearl jewellery).
  2. Store your jewellery separately from each other as they the metal may scratch the gemstone or pearl surfaces.
  3. It is advisable to take off your jewellery when performing household chores, gardening and outdoor sports. If your ring or other jewellery has undergone trauma, such as having been dropped or knocked against hard surfaces, we strongly advise a professional check to ensure the firm setting of the diamond / gemstone.
  4. For pearls, never store pearls in a plastic bag. Plastic can emit a chemical that will damage the surface of pearls. The same is true of cotton wool. Also, never store pearls in a safe deposit box for a long time. Like your skin, pearls need a little moisture so that they will not dry out.
  5. Jewellery can be damaged by many chemicals and all acids. The list includes hair spray, perfume, cosmetics, and even perspiration. Always apply perfume, hair products and cosmetics before putting on your jewellery. Remember: when dressing, jewellery should be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off.

 

  • How do I stockpile? 

You can stockpile multiple items at angels unique storage so that they can be shipped together to save delivery costs.

Follow these steps for guidance.

  1. After adding  any item you’d like to purchase to your cart..click on checkout 
  2. It would take you to a page where you make payment … where you get the option of delivery,pick up or stockpile 
  3. When you click on stock pile your item is moved to your stockpile items … where you can add as many item as you want .
  4. When you are ready to get your items delivered …click on delivery..which would take you to a page to input your delivery information(..if you are a registered angel,this would be autofilled )
  5. After inputting your delivery information,your delivery fee would be calculated and after payment of delivery fee .. an email would be sent to you confirming your delivery.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   
  • Can I get a refund? 

If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 24hrs from the date of delivery for online purchases, with the following conditions:

  1. All returns must be accompanied by the original packaging. Returns will be accepted subject to the item(s) being in its original, unused, saleable condition. Please ensure when returning the parcel that the products are properly protected. We will not accept items that have been damaged by the return shipping company/courier as a result of improper packaging.
  1. Any cost incurred in receiving the item(s), e.g. shipping charges, are excluded. In the case where shipping was offered free, then all shipping costs incurred by Angels unique closet will be deducted from the authorized refund.
  2. You are responsible for shipping/courier costs of the return. We recommend using only our trusted couriers, as we are not liable for any items lost in transit.
  3. Damage resulting from heavy wear is not guaranteed and refunds on such items will not be considered. This is usually indicated by dents or scratches.
  4. We shall have no obligation to accept any return that we receive after the expiration of the applicable return period: 24hrs after item get to you 
  5. Refund would be made 5 working days after item reaches us
  6. All warranties shall be null and void should any other jeweller repair or modify an item purchased.                                                                                                    
  • Can I pick up?

Yes you can pick up from our pick up location, Ayobo Lagos.
When checking out you can click on pick up rather than delivery . Then go ahead to pick the day you would come for pick up (pick up is done only on Thursdays) …. Please come for pick up on this day because rescheduling will take 7 working days.

 

  • Can I do an exchange? 

If you wish to exchange a product, the amount for said product would be returned to your wallet in the website that you will be able to use towards your next order. Exchanges are made with the following conditions:
